Includes your choice of 60" round or 8' rectangular tables, white chairs for 150 and black tablecloths. Set-up may begin the day of event, 4 hours prior to event. The barn can seat up to 150. However, to allow for dance floor, we recommend 110-125 max.

Let us make your special day run smoothly. Our "day-of" coordinator will work with vendors and staff to ensure a stress free celebration. We can offer as much help or as little help as you desire.
All alcohol has to be served by a TABC certified bartender. We have several amazing bartenders that are familiar with the barn and grounds.

Commercial dual bowl frozen drink machine. Can make 2 different batches of frozen and/or the rocks. We provide the mix and cups. You provide the alcohol. Flavors can be chosen from margaritaman.com
Have your photographer meet you here for your next photoshoot. You will have full use of the grounds (all 20 acres) to find just the right locations for your photos.
